Hypnosis

Although the two most popular hypnosis sessions are weight loss and smoking cessation, hypnosis can be used fo r any negative habit or phobia you may have. Many people are afraid of hypnosis because of misinformation acquired over the years from horro movies, novels or lelevision. In reality hypnosis is a very relaxing and peaceful experience. If suggestion that is not appealing is given to a person while in the hypnotic state, on of two things would happen: the person in the hypnotic state would either ignore the suggestion or would bring himself out of the hypnotic state.

Most people have heard or read how the average person only uses three to five percent of their mental abilities. This statement is true. However, with the use of hypnosis a person can rapidly begin to use more of their own mind and accomplish many goals. When a person is hypnotized, they are not asleep or in some eerie trance. The hypnotized individual is aware of everything that is taking place. After being brought back out of the hypnosis, you will be able to recall anything that took place during the session.

First of all, you will not be out of your mind or body during any portion of the hypnosis session. In fact, you will be in complete control the whole time, putting yourself into the hynpotic state by simply following my instructions. You cannot be forced to do or say anything tht you do not want to.
Anyone of normal intelligence can and will be hypnotized if they are willing to participate in very simple relaxation exercises.
Hypnosis is simply a state of deep relaxation, similar to that state right before you fall asleep where you know you are not quite asleed/ but you are so relaxed that you really don’t want to move. Although, any body movements that you need to make are perfectly natural and normal.
Some people report that their thoughts begin to wander. This is also very normal and will not inhibit therapeutic benefits.
Many hypnotic therapies require only one session. Weight-loss therapies may require multiple sessions depending on how much weight-loss is desired.
Depending on the type of therapy, some people may notice changes in their thought processes immediately. Others may not notice the changes until a certain situation arises in which they notice a difference in the way they react/respond.
